Publication and Indexing

Accepted papers are intended for submission to IEEE Xplore (subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements) and indexing in Scopus and Clarivate SCI, pending finalization of the IEEE MOU and technical co-sponsorship.

IEEE MOU and IEEE Jordan Section approval are in progress. No Letter of Agreement (LoA) number has been issued for IISCC 2027 yet. This section will be updated once approval is confirmed.

Formatting and Requirements

  • All submissions must be written in English.
  • The maximum paper length is four to six (4-6) printed pages (10-point font) in the standard IEEE two-column conference format.
  • Two extra pages are allowed at an additional cost of $100 per page.
  • Papers exceeding (6+2) pages or less than four pages will not be accepted on EDAS.

Extra Instructions — Camera-Ready Formatting & References

If your paper is accepted, the final camera-ready version must comply with all of the requirements below. Papers that do not comply will not be included in the conference proceedings.

Formatting:

  • Use the official IEEE conference template exactly (Microsoft Word or LaTeX). Papers that do not use the exact, correct template will be rejected.
  • No header or footer.
  • No IEEE copyright notice.
  • No ordinal prefixes before author names (do not write "1st Author", "2nd Author", etc.).

References and citations:

  • Authors are fully responsible for verifying every reference and citation before submission; every reference must be genuine, accurate, publicly verifiable, and directly relevant to the paper.
  • Follow the official IEEE reference format and citation style, including correct author names, title, venue, year, volume, issue, and page numbers.
  • List all author names in the reference list — the use of "et al." in reference-list entries is not accepted.
  • Include a DOI only when it exists and has been verified as correct; incorrect, incomplete, or fabricated DOI information is not acceptable.
  • Do not use broad or unjustified citation ranges (e.g. [1]–[19]) without a clear, direct relationship between every cited reference and the statement it supports.
  • Avoid excessive or unjustified self-citation, and do not cite unrelated references.
  • In-text citations and the reference list must be consistent, with no missing, uncited, or mismatched entries.

Any inconsistent, incorrect, unverifiable, or fabricated reference may result in the paper being denied publication, with no prior warning. The committee cannot verify references on authors' behalf.
